A two-part fee: the consultation to begin the work, and the matching fee once we move into active matching for you. This is the only fee that comes to us. If we cannot find a guide who genuinely fits you, the matching portion is refunded in full.

The work itself

Preparation, sessions, and integration are arranged and paid directly with the guide you choose. Their fees typically range from $2,000 to $6,000 by scope, and you will see them clearly before you commit. We never take a cut of your guide’s work.

What does the consultation fee cover?+
A focused 60-minute 1:1 to understand your goals, history, and intentions, followed by our vetting work and two carefully matched guide introductions. It is the foundation of a precise match, not a sales call.
Are the guide’s sessions included?+
No. The work with your guide is arranged and priced directly with them, so nothing is hidden and we never profit from your sessions. You will always see those costs clearly before deciding to proceed.
What happens if I’m not the right fit?+
We will tell you honestly. If this is not your moment, or if there are health or readiness considerations to address first, we point you toward appropriate resources rather than pushing you forward. If we cannot find a suitable guide, your matching fee is refunded in full.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?+
The consultation fee is non-refundable once the consultation has been conducted; if you need to reschedule beforehand, contact us and we will work with you. The matching fee is charged before introductions and refunded in full if we cannot find a suitable guide. Once introductions are made, it is non-refundable. Your guide sets their own terms, which you will see before you commit.
Do you offer financing or payment plans?+
Some guides offer sliding scales or payment plans. Tell us during intake if payment flexibility matters, and we will factor it into who we match you with.
Why does this cost what it costs?+
Because real matching is the work. The cheaper version of this is a directory (a list of names you sort through yourself) or a recommendation from a friend or family member which may or may not be the right fit for you. Our consultation is a genuine 60-minute conversation, our matches are curated by people who know each guide personally, and we stay accessible through your engagement. The split-fee structure keeps our work and your investment aligned with the outcome you came for.
